Slumdog Millionaire is an award-winning movie about the story of a poor young boy, Jamal Malik. He has grown up in the slums of Mumbai, and his knowledge of the game ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire’ gets him into trouble with mafia goons who think he cheated. His journey after that forms the rest of the movie. This epic drama was set in India during the pre-independence era. Director Danny Boyle has done a splendid job.
